Description
Weimaraner dogs are known for their hunting prowess. In fact, Weimaraners are even great water dogs as evidenced by their webbed toes!
..................................................................................................................... The Weimaraner is named for the city of Weimar (now in modern day Germany). The Weimaraner is large, athletic, energetic, and rambunctious. A properly trained Weimaraner is a companion that will never leave its master's side. The Weimaraner has been given the nickname "Velcro Dog" since the dog tends to "stick" to its owner at all times. Many Weimaraners tend to lean on their owner when sitting or standing, and most will insist on sleeping on their owner's bed unless trained otherwise. The breed is also well known for its intelligence.

This painting was digitally produced by enhancing a drawing done by the artist. Colors were added one by one as well as details and graffiti. This Weimaraner is a wonderful gift for the pet lover.
