Description
Sunflower Outburst is just what its title implies -- an explosion of vibrant color! Using an impasto technique, color was laid on with a palette knife, creating texture and depth that intensify the electric colors in the sunflower petals, making it unique in its presentation. Sunflower Outburst reminds us that nothing is just one color. Rather, nature serves us up color upon color, each one adding to what came before it, the deepest hues serving to highlight that which is soaked in sunshine.
