Of course nothing in nature is really just one color, so the viewer will enjoy spotting the underlying palette of purples, blues, and various shades of red in the apple and the lovely shades of green in the heart-shaped leaf. The brightest colors sparkle and the deepest shades fade into burgundy. The sun provides highlights on the leaf and upper right side of the apple itself. Very natural. Very appealing in its simplicity.
